Do not send orders on time

already a week! Tracking an FedEx shipment does not show the location of the shipment, which means that the shipment has not yet been delivered to the FedEx. I had seen complaints about the Douglas online store before Due to shipping delays, but the previous experience was good and I trusted this time and for the last time too! The shipment is made only because it is written that up to 4 working days, if it is meant as a gift then it gets pretty sad. I do not plan to leave any more cents in this store or online store. And it is not possible to contact the online store!
