The customer service agents have no knowledge of their own product. Multiple agents lied (I called them on it) about an ongoing issue. They claimed they didn’t even know my neighbourhood’s power was out for over 5 hours when an official report was made in the first hour of the outage. It’s still out 8 hours later....
