Inept customer service

The customer service agents have no knowledge of their own product. Multiple agents lied (I called them on it) about an ongoing issue. They claimed they didn't even know my neighbourhood's power was out for over 5 hours when an official report was made in the first hour of the outage. It's still out 8 hours later. They claimed they have no way to contact service technicians and don't even know if anyone is working on the issue. When they magically found the report in their system they claimed they didn't know when it was assigned to a technician. These agents know nothing and are not helpful in any way.
