Worst service ever!
At the customer's request, I used the Itella service for the first time yesterday. I filled in the form, quickly paid, printed the delivery note. I did not receive any message throughout the day when the packet would be collected. Got it - definitely not on the way and will take it tomorrow! In the morning I contacted the operator to confirm that the collection will take place today - to which I receive an answer that yes, until 17:00.  After the conversation, I also received a polite message by e-mail with the same information - the collection will take place this afternoon, until 17:00.   At 18:00 we received a call that is present - of course, working hours are over and no one is in the office. We ask when the collection time is postponed? What we get - ending a phone call without explanation. Let's call again, ask what to do - the esteemed courier answers my words with - well? And? : ) answer that this is not a formal response to the customer and how do we deliver the shipment? - Well, if it's on the way tomorrow, I'll take it! Of course, my answer is no longer so sensitive, because our customer will not receive the package on time! I add that I will contact the administration tomorrow to find out what to do and write a complaint! To which I receive an answer - write! : ) again the end of the conversation without explanation.   We can draw our own conclusions. I would add that we have been using tnt and fedexpress courier services for 2 years - nothing like this has ever been experienced! This time, the customer was not able to deliver the package to the specified location at the required time with these companies, so the customer asked to use this. Unfortunately, it didn't work out!
