My tv went out of order on 22/04/21 (Model no KDL-46EX650 & Serial no.325). Lodged complaint on the same day. Complaint no. 6567

Technician attended: Mr. B. Pattanaik Date attended: 24/04/21 Observation: No picture back light glow; Panel defect Followed up over phone on 27/04/21 Sent written complaint to ; Sonyindia.care@***.sony.com servicehead@***.sony.com Mail dt.28/021: follow up mails on 30/04/21, 03/05/21, 07/05/21 No response yet. Very careless approach.
