Poor service

Instead of the 45 days specified in the contract, we are already waiting for the kitchen equipment for the 4th month. As it turned out, part of the equipment was not ordered at all, but part has strayed somewhere along the way, as a result, after waiting for 3 months, we have received only part of the order, and no one can answer where the rest is. Payment has been made but the item has not been received. To find out something about a product, you have to call the store countless times, because they do not inform customers about what is happening.
