I have book the air India ticket even money got debited from my account but there is no PNR / ticket confirmation . Even there is no customer service to call and check User’s recommendation: make sure to book ticket from direct airlines.

I need money back for the tickets which I bought on 30.07.2021. To my credit card!!!!! I had to pay twice for the same tickets. Scysvanner could not help. I have to contact Airlines directly.
