Hi! I booked a ticket recently and was charged the full amount, but never got the confirm email. The flight is for tomorrow so I would really like to sort out if the purchase went through or any issues ASAP! I also see that others have reported this issue, which is very concerning. I requested some flights, selected them, paid for them and when I received the confirmation email the dates and route were wrong! I cancelled, but they refuse to cancel. They say that there is no cancellation and I have to accept the schedule! Can get my money back, unless my credit card company can reverse the transaction....
