Would not let me speak to customer service

Money is missing off my card for more than a week. i have been waiting and decided to call but instead of it sending me to speak to customer service it would just make me keep putting in my card number and hanging up on me. User’s recommendation: don’t recomend.

Can’t resolve issues

Ive tried calling several different numbers but theres no human to talk to it on the automated system. Until now I havent talk to anyone and my account and money somehow dont exist! Im so irritated with this and have no one to help me resolve or at least figure out what happened!
