Because my check wasn’t deposited on my skylight account last night

There was an unauthorized transaction on my account last night, and now I need to know why my payroll check hasn’t been deposited yet. I would like to know if my account is still active with this card. User’s recommendation: 24hours customer service with operators to provide assistance for customers.
