Order very delayed. Online message system VERY user-unfriendly. Finally got a response,saying warehouse mispicked and did I still want the product I ordered. I got delivery email but I have not had my order yet
My order from 12-4-20 has not been delivered. The customer service number is down. Is this company for real!!?? User’s recommendation: Use a different skin product store.
I’ve never received my item, its been almost 4 weeks, have not received a response to multiple emails, messages and “phones are down”. WHAT A SCAM!!!!!! Hopefully Paypal will return my money. User’s recommendation: Do NOT shop with this scam site.

Poor service
When ordering a family meal, we received half a packet of potatoes and 2/3 filled cups of drinks (for all ordered sets). We are disappointed when we visit this place. Who knows, maybe the management will be able to sort this out, but we will choose another place for a meal in the near future.
