The package was ordered on 12/31. Prior to bringing the package to my house, the shipper (of their choice) lasership returned the package to them due to a damaged box issue. Skinstore received the same on 1/7. They have not refunded the purchase nor replaced the items…

DHL has only part of my address so they wont do anything about it. My order is 26722****. The address in the package is missing part of my address. DHL now has it in a dead letter pile.
They don’t have an actual phone number to call. Their BBB rating is nill. Too many complaints about them etc EVERYWHERE. User’s recommendation: DON’T BUY FROM THEM EVER.
Poor service
When ordering a family meal, we received half a packet of potatoes and 2/3 filled cups of drinks (for all ordered sets). We are disappointed when we visit this place. Who knows, maybe the management will be able to sort this out, but we will choose another place for a meal in the near future.
