Bad attitude towards customers
I want to complain about AuMobile's cooperation with customers. You hardly hear, you can't negotiate a payment date, you send an invoice in advance at the beginning of the month, and if you are a little late (a regular customer) disconnects all communications, even if you call in advance and wake up about the delay. And now the phone was unlocked at all. Don't listen to customers. I wouldn't start AuMobile with anyone else.
