Connection change

AuMobile has been processing my connection change request for almost 2 months, but in the meantime it continues to send a monthly invoice for payment. I contacted on January 3 that I want to switch to a more advantageous tariff, but I'm not moving forward, e-mails stand unanswered. Silence from AuMobile! Today is February 14th!
