Product does not work at all, company does not refund money

A pool skimmer basket that floats? The item does not work as advertised. When you return the item to them, they don’t refund your money. You cannot contact them by phone either. Also, the BBB has an open case on this company for exactly the same complaint from hundreds of consumers.

Can not contact company for information

Im trying to ascertain the diameter of the one-in-one skimmer. The information is not on the website nor is there a way to contact them via phone number (one provided is only for wholesellers) and chap feature doesnt work.

Doesn’t work won’t return

Do not purchase they dont work on all pools and if you dont notice that you have to send it back immediately which itll cost you $11 to return if u send back in10 days.. otherwise you are out of luck .. no returns *** business , SCAMMERS User’s recommendation: DONT PURCHASE.

Thought it was too good to be true
