Skim around basket think it’s missing part need. o

I put it in the skimmer like you say wait 3 minutes and it does not pull hardly anything into the basket.

Parts missing and customer service

When the package came, it was missing items. There is no customer service live chat, email address, or phone number to get any help. The website stinks and gives you the run around. It never takes you where you NEED to go to solve any issues. Terrible customer service. User’s recommendation: Do not buy.
