No customer service option

This skimmer is not working as advertised. Despite trying all the tips and tricks on the tutorials. Upon trying to reach out to the company, there was no contact info (phone or email). If I knew this company had no interest in customer support, I would never have purchased from them. User’s recommendation: Buyer beware.
