Deceptive business practice/refund

They automatically went ahead and charged my credit card for six months, no receipt of transaction, unable to speak with customer service agent since they running a business from Germany. I want a refund. I only wanted to try it for a month. Do not deal with this company. User’s recommendation: Do your homework before buying.
