They did not honor a return! I bought a pair of winter shoes from www.shoebuy.com website and was pretty satisfied when my shoes arrived. They looked nice and quality seemed ok. It was said on their website that these shoes were warm and good choice for cold winter. Unfortunately these shoes were not warm, my feet were freezing! I contacted www.shoebuy.com support service and asked for a refund but they said they were not able to accept the shoes back because I already wore them. I'm extremely disappointed with them! And now I need to waste more money and buy another pair. Shoes I got from Shoebuy are probably good for early spring, but I can't wear them when it's so cold outside.
