I have purchased a pair of shoes from this site and received the wrong size. Shoes were too big and did not fit, so I emailed ShoeBuy and they offered me a replacement. I was very disappointed when they said that I have to pay for the return shipping, but they promised that I won't be charged a restocking fee. Several weeks later I received another pair and finally it was the correct size. But then I noticed that ShoeBuy took some money from my account and when I contacted them to ask what was that all about they said that I was charged a restocking fee! These people are nothing but liars and I will not buy from them in the future! They should be ashamed!
