Poor service
Dear fellow people - be careful when ordering something from Dormeo! Since I needed new blankets and pillows for a long time, I thought for a long time and was looking for the best option. I had the opportunity to try the Dormeo blanket and I liked it. I decided to buy as much as the offer currently offers 2 blankets for the price of 1 and since I do not go to the stores myself due to health, this seemed a good option - with home delivery. Came yesterday. Everything seems to be in order, although the blankets are not as described, it is now my choice and nothing to do. However, the bed linen set was brought in one that I have not ordered - it is not even available on the Dormeo website. Call the manager. Turns out I have to go to the mail now, send an item I haven't ordered back to get it,I ordered... I explained my situation, please, I want to get only what I want, not anything. I received an answer that there will be no other answers - the courier can't just bring the ordered one and take back the wrong one! And spit on them for the fact that I now have to look specifically for the person who does it, because I can't physically do it myself! The "human factor" was mentioned in the conversation - unfortunately, this only applies to Dormeo employees in this case, because they can make mistakes... it is a pity that the customer has to suffer. I feel guilty... and very, very angry. Shopping in Australia has long been no longer a joy, mostly a concern, because the goods are often of poor quality, service-none. That only make money. Am I the only one not doing that?
