Update on credit issue

After this posted credit was applied to my next 3 bills. No other issues. This was the only time I have had an issue with This company and completely due to poor customer service from the person I spoke with. User’s recommendation: Ask to speak with supervisor.
Received a letter thanking me for continuing to be a good customer for several years(30 to be exact) with a $15.00 credit to be applied to my account over next 3 months. interruption in service has been going on for me for the last 6 months +. I have contacted them at least 6 times and nothing is done.
