No refund of returned items

GSHMJ800B000J7J was returned on 7th August using QR code you sent .Why no acknowlegement or refund? In my review I clearly stated that the flowers were of such poor quality I cannot even think of of putting them on my parent’s graves. User’s recommendation: Quality questionable.

Failure to give refund on returned goods

Dreadful state of flowers delivered.They were crushed, shabby and not fit to decorate graves.I can’t believe they expect customer to pay for such poor quality items User’s recommendation: Don’t buy flowers from them.

I’ve waited now 11 days to resolve my issue, My parcel was delivered and left in an open cupboard I had NOT asked for it to be left anywhere…… I just want a refund asap It’s impossible to get a reply or to get this matter resolved
