I had made a big order and had qualified for FREE express shipping. However the company they use for the express shipping is DHL and they charged me a import fees of 42.77$. To change my shipping method

I ordered a big order a few days ago. The order was split to two packages so that I had to pay tax fees to DHL twice separately. I paid the fees for the first package only. I am wondering if I can change the shipment method of the second package. Thanks, Sedra Fattal
