Order delivered but not received

Order shows delivered but it hasn’t delivered yet. I tried contacting the customer, and they are not picking my call. I wanted to track, but where am I supposed to track. Is it candy post or something else. How am I supposed to know that. User’s recommendation: I won’t recommend.

Didnot receive parcel but shows delivered

My tracking id is 201055****469038. Tracking shows delivered but didnot get it.it shows delivery occured on 28 june but I didn’t get it..I checked out everything.

Refund complete

Shein has promptly completed the refund. It would be nice if they had a direct customer service email, but it is good that I was able to go through pissed consumer. User’s recommendation: Be sure you want the item.
