Poor service
I don't see the point of Australian Pasts application and virtual queue. It is not enough that the application does not work well enough, the line and serial number change all the time. When the line arrives, my number does not appear, you can stand indefinitely. Suddenly a mystical aunt runs out, ready to serve everyone who needs to receive a small package WITHOUT a serial number.
