I decided for my mother to buy equipment from AuMobile and also meet with a new client connection. However, the company employs a lying employee Charlotte Gobina, who in January of this year claimed that the equipment I was interested in was available in salons in the respective city. To my question why it is not visible on the AuMobile website was answered that it is not there, but salons are available. I went to the salons and find out that its equipment has not been available at all for several months now and is not available! So time was wasted and it is not pleasant when you are cheated as if by an employee of a large company! I made a claim in writing on my AuMobile website, but I didn't get any response and no apologies! So I wrote to AuMobile himself that they had such irresponsible and lying employees. In the answer I received that the case has been handed over to specialists and will be considered within a month... It takes more than a month, there are no answers, no solution... I write to find out why there is no answer yet, I get harshly that I need more time! Any extra time for a regular affair? All her messages have been saved and also sent to those who are considering the case! What is complicated there is - the employee lied, there was no equipment! They are fired with opportunities that never work in customer service! Well, more than two months have passed... I decided to be interested in how things are going there... It turned out that we need more time! Obviously, AuMobile considers everyone an idiot if they have already decided that nothing needs to be solved and no one is worthy of solving! Definitely AuMobile is not a serious company! Maybe someone has also encountered such a "nice process" and could suggest who to turn to to finally put an end to it!?!
