Their refinancing process took an extremely long time. It’s impossible to communicate with the management, and is very disorganized. Even after multiple months it was still not finished. Our time and resources were unreasonably wasted and it caused us a lot of stress and frustration. I absolutely DON’T recommend using this company ever.
We just refinanced through The Money Store. It was a streamline refi. We had to pay $570 for the appraisal and cannot even get a copy of the appraisal.
