I payed them money to put on my bill and now 4 or 5 days latter they cut it off again and in the middle of the night so I cant get a hold of them. What is with that User’s recommendation: Find anouther service.
My shaw cable is included in my rent. My box is saying no IP I want shaw to reset my cable. I live in Victoria BC.

No customer servuce

Got hung up on by a dispatcher. Have been trying to get service for 2 weeks now. They cancelled the first appointment, show up whe they want and no one is home, when they say they booked another appointment I call to find out there wasnt one booked!! User’s recommendation: Run. Run fast!
I bought a townhouse in South Surrey. I was a long time Telus customer but when I moved into the new complex the developer/builder allowed Shaw to have the monopoly re the communications i.e. telephone/internet/tv.
