TV BOX DOESN’T WORK

2-3 DAYS TO RECEIVE A NEW T.V. BOX. AND A WHOLE 25% CREDIT. SHAW HAS BEEN AWFUL SINCE DAY1. WON’T LET YOU GO TO A STORE TO GET A NEW BOX. I GUESS THEY HAVE YOU OVER A BARREL. User’s recommendation: NEVER!!!!!!!!!!

Poor picture quality

I have a poor television reception. After the visit from two technicians and one programmer, the problem still persists. The problems appear to be outside the box. For the past 3 weeks I have been attempting to get a resolution to a problem with my cable. There have been 3 technicians at my house in the same week.Which required me to take time off from work that is lost wages with no resolution.. Not acceptable. After speaking with 3 different people to try and figure out why I wasnt able to get some channels, I was told that I would have to upgrade my subscription.
