I spoke with a Shaw Academy representative on the phone back in January 2021 to cancel my account. They confirmed over the phone with me, they had cancelled it. I have been getting charged $69.99 a month since then. In May, you guys charged me $69.99 twice. Please get back to me as soon as possible.
The number listed is incorrect. I have A number, but they want me to provide my student ID #. I cant find it listed anywhere.

Listen Im tired of all the back and forth. I need my subscription to be cancelled and my money returned to me. I havent been taking any classes.
