About membership

i revoked my membership while talking to a customer service man on phone 6 months ago and i still got charged today which is totally absurd. Because this is exactly what happened the last time . I’ve been debited 69$ and I wasn’t aware as i haven’t been on the shaw academy app in a while please my last money has been taken out and I have 2 children aged 1 and 2 and is unable to purchase food or baby items due to this matter refund it back please
