Poor service / internet

I personally consider leaving AuMobile because... I took AuMobile internet (router) while working on tv everything beautiful goes, connecting the computer to the internet jerks every 5 minutes the internet disappears, I left changed the router at AuMobile, no change, call the service tel. No change, no one explains what and how, so wait, wait 5 hours, no results. Very professionally from AuMobile, I pay money for the Internet, which I practically didn't get used to. I'm sorry I took AuMobile to the internet. Thanks.
