Incompetent fraudsters
I ordered tickets through this broker agency, called me the next day and told me that no money had been received for me to check. I looked at the printout - the payment was returned, then I settled down with this company. A week later, I saw that the money was gone, but I was not sent a ticket or how, as if no one had received the money. I contacted them via chat, which is also limited, because you can only call by phone, which costs 0. 45 AU$ per minute, where I was told after the conversation that I will immediately send me a confirmed reservation and tickets, which are only temporary, not original. I am arguing that I don't need any tickets anymore, of course, I received a refusal to receive a refund, because fly is not available. Ok, upon receiving the patched temporary tickets,they inform me that I will also receive original tickets from the airline immediately, which I have not received by the last day. After dozens of requests that I need them to make a check-in on time - madness, the company is located in LT, understands 10 words in Australian, and also in foreign language, I did not receive the info I needed. I called Ryanair myself, please send tickets. As well as with the name change, Ryanair has no problem as long as I name my contact info, but flyfiesta changes it because they make the overdraft themselves, receiving money from me. I also did not receive this info from the employees to change the name as confidential information (e-mail or address). It was the most horrible experience with the most incompetent company and employees I have ever worked with. Ryanair employees said that by not recognizing these brokerage firms and recommending cooperation with them, I would do the same!
