03.09.2009 A / S Privat Bank opened an account after a week of receiving My credit card. With a text from a bank employee that the card will be activated within 24 hours, at the same pain I also activated the bank. After two days of trying to enter i-bank, I fail, I communicate via online chat (with a bank employee) and I get an answer that I can't help me! In calls to the bank, they explain that due to technical reasons, my access to i-bank has not been activated - after 20 minutes. they are still activated. It's not over yet, 02.10.2009 I am credited to my account, which I decided to withdraw on 03.10.2009, going to the ATM I do everything according to the instructions, the card is returned without explanation. it is written that I need to contact the bank belonging to the card, because the money cannot be withdrawn. Arriving at the home entrance to the i-bank, and found that the 24-hour toll-free number does not exist for them, I decided to call 04.10.2009 and find out what exactly is the case, why can't I check to take money from an ATM? And it explains to me that the card is still not activated. Great! And it's been a whole month! I decided to cooperate with this bank, because I was going to Ukraine, imagining the situation that you are more than 2000 km from Europe, hesitantly passing over the bones.! The first contact with this bank was when I opened an account, and the last will be 05.10.2009 when I withdraw my money and break the contract, because with such an irresponsible bank will face for the first time.
