My calls keep hanging up at 15 minutes

My calls keep dropping at 15 minutes. It has been happening for the last 2 days. I wanted to know if I was being charged.

Money not added and it’s been 10hrs

I added 80$ to my advance pre paid account thru western union you guys say it takes 5-8 hrs well 10 hrs have passed and it’s still not there it says blocked and to contact customer representative

I didn’t get the call

I was called at 2:14 from a inmate in Shawnee correctional facility but I didnt get the call. It says my account is active and I have no numbers block so I was trying to get some clarification on whats goin on. User’s recommendation: Don’t call no one answers or returns your calls as.
