Warranty Service

I purchased a Lenovo laptop at the AZ Electronics online store. After a few days of use, it refused to work. The keyboard did not work. I take it to the warranty service. It was repaired there for more than a month. I asked why for so long and the answer was how the problem was with the computer's BIOS. After more than a month the computer recovered and again after a few days the same problem - the keyboard did not work, in addition, the computer started to turn on very slowly. I took the computer back to customer service, where in my presence the service employee could not get the computer to life either. Request from me to exchange the item. After 10 working days, I received an answer as to how no defects were found in the computer and the product was not changed. Fantastic! As the product is new with an industrial defect, I had to file a complaint with the CRPC.In addition, I am thinking of writing a complaint to Lenovo about a negative attitude and a reluctance to solve problems. If the computer broke twice in a short period of time and the service center could not turn it on in my presence, but the customer service informs that the service technician turned on the computer without any problems and it did not even need to be repaired - sorry, this is a customer fraud! I will no longer shop at this store. Also, I do not recommend buying an additional guarantee in the amount of 56.99 CA$ in this network, because it did not work at all.
