The phone number given seems to be false. I called 3 times and it makes no connect or sound at all. I’ve been here at the shop for 4hrs now, and they tell I’m not allowed to get a number to speak to a regional or division manager.
I’m at the Kennesaw location being being talked over and yelled at by managers. Trying to get them to honor a service plan I paid for. Felling depressed. #stressful
WE PURCHASED A SEARS DIE HARD GOLD BATTERY WITH 5 YEARS WARRANTY. 3rd YEAR, THE DESERT HEAT HERE IN LAS VEGAS KILLED THE BATTERY.
