My name is harvey sherman. Bought two new tires at Sears Silver spring Md. Store. Manager is a good guy, but he told me that he does not have the OK to sell me insurance on both new tires I bought; whereas in the past I have easily bought insurance on tires I bought from Sears Automotive and never a problem. And I usually have problems over time with tires so I need and want to buy the insurance for each tire that usually cost $15 a tire.
