Never receive my package but it says it was delivered

My package says it was delivered, but again it was never delivered. I have not received it. I live in an apartment complex and have a locked mail box. So there is no way it was stolen. I just want my package.

I agree and paid Scentbird 80. Scentnird has repeatedly charge my cash app card for the past two months. Please stop charged my cash app card.

Can’t get into my account to cancel it

Im not able to log in to cancel it. I do live at that address anymore and have been trying to cancel it for a long time. And so hard to get with customer service to cancel it.
