Billing information

I need to cancel my account, I’m being charged. charged more than I was expected. my subscription is $14 a month. it went up all the way to $22. I don’t like that.

I cancelled my account & they’re still charging me for my subscription

I cancelled my subscription &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; my bank account was still charged for the monthly subscription anyway! I want it canceled immediately &amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp; the money returned to my bank account!

Refund of subscription

I expected my membership fee to come out of account after 30 days not less than two weeks. Account now has negative balance so refund fee and cancel membership. User’s recommendation: Ask for due date of 1st. membership fee.
