Bread is dry lately

Bread has been very dry and not fresh at all. It costs too much to have these types of problems. The last straw was I made my 87 year old mom a turkey sandwich, she refuses to eat cause bread was dried out.

If the bag has steam droplets on the inside don’t buy/moldy bread

Don’t get it, why is the inside of the bag always damp which results in moldy bread within a couple of days. Some bread from Sara Lee can sit in a cupboard for days and no problem, but not this one.
