Poor service
Since I moved to another location, I wanted to call Optus employees and inform them that I would need to connect the service to the new address. In a  chat, "Anete" can't normally explain what needs to be done, just say to write your question in an email. You have to wait 4 days for an e-mail response, the call is now 6 minutes long, everyone is busy.   Well, maybe it will be enough to make coffee and work with colleagues - connect with the world a little!  Probably only if I say I'm opting out, someone will answer!
