Dangerous and Filthy Sandia’s Monopoly is baffling!

I bought a roundtrip ticket to /from the Albuquerke airport to Santa Fe. The first van was filthy and smelled like the gas. The van wound up with 11 passengers even though it only fits 10. Rudness & arrogance at Sandia Shuttle desk clerk in the Albuquerque, NM airport

Sandia shuttle did not inform me where I was supposed to wait for my return shuttle in the Albuquerque airport (en route to Santa Fe).
