Had a reservation, paid in advance, arrived early…could have gotten on the earlier shuttle but they chose to accommodate the folks that had no reservation. They ran at a minimum a half hour late and clearly they were stressed but rude is just that, rude! And they were rude!!! will definitely not recommend them!
The van smelled and was absolutely filthy. The van arrived incredibly late, and not only was no apology offered but the driver was very rude and angry.
