Quit cowering and be honest about how bad the food is.

It’s awful that the reason why there are thrift stores is to help the needy and the prices are higher there than brand new. I don’t think the priorities are straight or even in the ballpark!

Please stop overcharging for way used even brand new stuff that your donation center got for free! The whole reason to have thrift stores is for people who can’t afford the prices in the retail stores. I will never call for pick up again

I have tried to donate twice to Salvation Army and the drivers have refused my items. I had a wall unit which I have moved 4 times. The drivers came and refused it because it is engineered wood.
