Worst customer service ever…really saks!

astabought two pairs of jeans that went on sale before they were even shipped and after hours of phone calls outsourced to Jamaica (I think) and request for supervisors calls that were NEVER returned SAKS DECLINED my request for a price adjustment. Liva's Internet is useless. Every night it has problems, guilt is slow, or pings jump in the sky. I do not recommend anyone to sign a contract with this company. Maybe someone knows how to terminate a contract without penalty?
