Big purchase and received wrong items

I came to saks in phipps for a big client spending over 10k on multiple items. I went over with associate about shoe sizes regarding two sneakers and received the wrong sizes. My client is out the country and now its is a issue that I need to get resolved ASAP.

Liva's Internet is useless. Every night it has problems, guilt is slow, or pings jump in the sky. I do not recommend anyone to sign a contract with this company. Maybe someone knows how to terminate a contract without penalty?
