Disappointed with recent “appointment”

I had an appt scheduled on July 13th at 10am to have my windshield replaced. The locafion is in Michigan (Clinton Township) on Gratiot ave. I was called back by the technician around 10:40am. The technician wanted to show me my rusty screws..he said he spent 20 minutes…

My service has not shown up

I scheduled an appointment and they were supposed to arrive between 12-5. At 6:15 pm I called the 800 number and was told that although I made an appointment it was not given to a technician so I needed to reschedule!!! Really?!?!? I took a day off work for this?? I am so mad!

Wiindshield replaced incorrectly

I brought my 2019 Mazda to Safelite to replace a cracked windshield. There was a whistling sound coming from the top driver side windshield area after replacement.
