I called the number provided but was bombarded with offers I did not want and could not stop them from talking about free services I could get. I only want to know why my account is suspended. Money in someone account here

Unemployment did not do their job so they sent money to an old account that I had and I was not able to get into my old RushCard account to get the money out so it’s money that I need just sitting there very unhappy
